All you need to do is - go to http://www.upennmuseum.com/hieroglyphsreal.cgi, type your name and hit "Inscribe", copy the gif image that comes up - which is the hieroglyphic name of yours, paste it to a paint editor such as MSPaint, and edit it into a single pic (the original pic is actually a group of small pics representing each hieroglyph),...its as simple as it can be..:)
